Back to School

Today was the first day back to school at our brand new school. Our new school has decided to try uniforms. It's a public school, which makes it hard to inforce the uniforms. I hope the majority will stick with the idea of uniforms. It was alot less money, and I think they look cute.

Who knew potty training was so exausting!
I have been waiting for school to start my potty nazi camp.
Let the fun begin!

Family Day at Sea World

The kids and I were happy that dad had a day off from work. We try to make the most of our time when he's not working. One of the great things about Orlando is that we have many fun family activities close by.
I am sure Sea World loves to see our family. ($$$) If you've been to Sea World you would know the fish are not cheap. I can't resist from buying the fish and providing the experience for our kids. It's a good thing they only except cash, which limits the obbsession to feeding the dolphins.

One of the best rollercoaster rides in Orlando! In the last year Samantha was big enough to ride the Kraken. I can't believe how fast she is growing up.
Elisa and Alex are getting ready for the KRAKEN or at least they think so.

Sea World has a section of rides and play area for kids. I am not sure how I got tricked on to this crab ride. Although ,I am sure Chris had something to do with it.
We breed our kids from the get go to be ride junkies.

Elisa's favorite thing is to play in the water. So, of course we let the kids cool off at a little splash area.

This is a cave that Dad and Elisa found at the Polar Bear Artic. Here are the SIX, I mean five children and husband.

Sea World has a DJ who comes out at night. Chris and I are shy when it comes to our dancing ability. We had a good laugh watching Alex go at it like he's some rockstar.

Primary Splash Bash

One of our church activities was a Primary Summer Splash Bash Party which was located on our Bishops lovely property. It had a good turn out, it seemed most people were back from their summer vacations and were getting ready for school. It was a nice way to end the summer. Taking turns on the water slide.
Petting the horses, one of many exciting highlights.
For lunch the children had pizza and thier own mini soda.
That's our Nathan taking it easy and enjoying the excitment.
Creative Caitlin, jumping hula hoop.

Our neighbor Tommy, and his two brothers came with us to the summer bash.
Most of the parents were able to sit back and visist under the shade of the Bishop's Barn.

Kids Olympics 2008

A family in our ward, have two daughters Tayloe and Calieigh who took charge of doing a mimi olympics for some the little kids our church. I have to say I was impressed, I don't think I could of put it on nearly as well. I think they could go perfessional in the party buisness. We were a little late, and missed the parade for the opening ceremomies. However, we made it for the games which included a torch relay race, frog jumps, egg/spoon race, water balloon toss, ball throw (shot put), swiim races, biggest splach contest, and hopscotch.

Vacation Trip to Grammy's

Aquatica and Sea World

We bought annual tickets for our family to go to Aquatica and Sea World. We were happy to find out the Roe and Vonhack family got annual passes as well. Chris has been busy with work, and hasn't been able to go much. Thank goodness for the Roe and Vonhack family to let my CRAZY brew tag along with them through the parks. There is no way I could have or would have attemted the parks on my own. I apologize for getting sappy, but I feel incredibly grateful for the friendship and HELP the two friends and their families. Hauling my children and our stuff would have been impossible for me to do with my arm limitations. I never had to ask for help, Savannah, Kariann, Clay, Zach, Lorraine, and Shaun all had my back. Thanks you guys, we love you!
Plotting out the rides they want to go on at Sea World.
